This makes it easy for big groups to live together while still enjoying the comfort and practicality of smaller houses.
Having two or more houses side by side gives you the best of both worlds: you stay close together as a group, but you also benefit from generous bedrooms, proper living spaces, and more than one kitchen and set of bathrooms. It’s often a much better option than a single oversized house where space is tight, rooms are uneven, and sharing facilities quickly becomes a headache.
Our approach also helps keep student life fun and manageable. Organising cooking, cleaning, and laundry in one giant household can be overwhelming, but with two or three smaller houses next door to each other, it’s easier to stay on top of things and still enjoy the social buzz of living as a big group.
