Designed to create the maximum amount of space and luxury, it has 6 double bedrooms, two main bathrooms as well as an en-suite for the downstairs bedroom which is located at the back of the house and insulated from the kitchen by a corridor to minimise noise. It has a huge, light open plan kitchen/living/dining room and benefits from generous lighting and furnishings to create a bright, quiet and calming atmosphere. The house was completely gutted – all plumbing, electrics, timber, plaster was removed during the building process – and rebuilt with great attention to environmental matters particularly heat insulation, and using superior materials to make it a particularly solid, quiet environment to live in. We think this designed house and the others we have like it, are at the very top of student accommodation in Lenton and huge amounts of love and care have gone into creating it.
